Bowral Private Chef has been providing expectational private dining
experiences across the Southern Highlands, Kangaroo Valley, and
NSW South Coast for many years. Our menus are a reflection and
showcase the best of each season and local producers and suppliers of the region.
With four wonderful seasons to enjoy, from hearty and rich braises
and stews in the winter by the fire to simple farm fresh peaches and
blackberries in the summer. Wonderful South Coast seafoods and
local wines from the across the regions, there is a bounty to bring to
the table.
We offer a variety of dining experiences from casual family style
dinners to canape functions and fine dining degustation’s, with
beautiful local wine parings.
Host
Chef David Lee has been cooking in some of the best restaurants for
nearly thirty years, with the last ten spent running private chef
services across Australia, Europe, and the UK.
Having worked with all manner of clients, he produces food of the
highest standard with experiences to match, including handcrafted
table wares, plates, glassware, and service staff.
